I'm about ready to start work on a book about Chiron (Cheiron) who was the wisest of all Centaurs, teacher of most of the great heroes of Greek mythology, and wounded healer.

I'm going to need a picture of Chiron for the cover, and in my mind's eye I see it. Now I need to find an artist who can make it a reality.

Chiron will be standing at the end of a forest, looking up towards the sky. In his raised hand is a key. Above him is a door that has been opened in the sky, and through this doorway is an alternate reality. (Remember the shock Dorothy felt when she opened her door and saw an entirely new world on the other side?) You can tell from the picture that the doorway hadn't even been visible in the sky until Chiron unlocked it.

Unfortunately I'm an not wealthy....I can't afford to pay the artist much, but of course the artist would get full credit for the artwork on the book.
